Chika Emenike attended secondary school, After graduating from Imo State University with a degree in Computer Science, Chika Emenike also bagged a Business Administration at the University of Houston, Texas, USA.

Chika Emenike started his trading business over 20 years ago under the name Chitec Motors Nig. Ltd. His passion for business growth led to the birth of Kotec Group of Companies Ltd., which was officially registered and incorporated in 2001 as a holding company. He is CEO to Kotec Industrial company Ltd(Trading on motorcycle spare parts); Chitec Agro Ltd (Trading on motorcycle spare parts); O’xtophers International Company Ltd (Trading on general goods); Target Automobile Com­pany Limited (Manufacturers of target automobile spare parts.); Event Beverages Ltd (Manufacturers of Event table water.); Tummy-Tummy Foods Industries Limited (Manufacturers of Tummy-Tummy In­stant noodles.) Rento Hotel. Under Kotec Group, Emenike has successfully established several companies, including Tummy Tummy Foods Industries Ltd and Rento Hotels.
